In the former, the client can receive from the system an e-mail with the link to the website where they can view the actual status of the goods ordered by them. Conditional on the system configuration, SOOT can inform the client about:

  • The carrier having accepted the transport order with the dispatch to that client
  • The car being provided to the supplier
  • Loading start time
  • Unloading end time
  • Car departure to the client
  • The driver having reported the dispatch delivery

Further, the client can confirm that the delivery was accurate and prompt and can report their potential reservations in SOOT.

Another way of cooperation with the client in the SOOT system is by setting up an individual account with the password for them. Then, the client can notify their collections (or deliveries) made using their own transport means on their own. In that case, the client or their carrier can freely choose the suitable time window and monitor service promptness (delay in car provision from the schedule, for example).
